Reverse Engineering and Re-Vamp
You may have a product that limps through production energy build. MLE's design engineers regularly take existing drawing packs for badly specified products and manufactures and document the process creating a complete and accurate build pack.
You can benefit from a range of services that we provide:
Medium scale CEM (Contract Electronic Manufacturing) - 10's of thousands of product per year of a fairly stable product, cost sensitive and delivery being critical.
Small scale CEM - Low values of 10's of thousands of products that may have a number of variants. Flexibility is important.
High value specialist build. MLE have a specialist team of engineers to support the manufacture of relatively low volume/high value product, typically Defence or Medical, but also leading-edge innovative products. Trained staff and qualified engineering support ensure that difficult products or technically advanced products are delivered on time to the correct quality.
