Product Design Process

Large scale projects generally require verification and validation steps - and even proof of concept initially - and so are likely to need a robust quality plan to manage the whole project. We understand - and have experience of - large projects that require many stages of regulatory validation and verification.

Likewise, smaller projects (we call them 'Fast Track'), often need to have a simpler and quicker process.  Because our team has varied skills, the benefit of this fast-track approach is a more flexible attitude, and one that can easily adapt to your requirements.

Our processes are based on the aerospace and automotive industries' best practice systems known as New Product Introduction (NPI) and lean thinking/ continuous improvement (Kaizen).
