About MLE
In offering a
one-stop solution, MLE can provide manufacture of a client's
product. For smaller and medium quantities we manufacture in-house, where large scale production runs are required we have formed
strategic partnerships with companies and sub-contractors. Combined
with our own skills this enables us to offer design and manufacture
services including electronics, mechatronics, hybrids and packaging.
MLE has in-house PCB prototyping and EMC test equipment to allow
fast-track prototype services, CAD/CAM software is used for PCB design.
We have extensive
experience in high-reliability, ruggedised designs for extreme
environments coupled with miniaturisation techniques.
PCB Assembly
 We
offer quality PCB assembly for small, medium and high volume
batches, for larger quantities we have a spread of manufacturing
sources in the UK, eastern Europe and China/Taiwan/Asia.
We also offer
procurement of components, sourced both in UK or abroad; we deal with
numerous suppliers and manufacturers and are often able to source
components at more competitive rates than our clients.
As we are
primarily a product development & design company, we can of course provide
consultancy, design, programming & test work as part of a
manufacturing package. We also have bare prototype PCB manufacturing
facilities for development work.
As an ISO9001
company, all batches are
carefully cleaned and quality inspected before despatch.
